Commitment

Fresh Set is committed to providing a welcoming, accessible studio for clients of all abilities. We follow the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and apply WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines to our website and online booking flow.

In the studio

  • Step-free plaza entrance and a 36-inch front door.
  • At least one manicure station that accommodates a wheelchair without requiring transfer. Tell us at booking and we'll save it.
  • Lowered reception counter section for short-stature and seated guests.
  • Service animals welcome.
  • Adjustable-height pedicure chairs.
  • Quiet, low-light corner room available on request for sensory-sensitive clients.
  • Bilingual booking support: English and Mandarin.
