Acrylic still wins on durability for very long lengths, very pointed shapes, and clients who are hard on their hands. We use disposable forms, sealed brushes, and a clean monomer-and-polymer ratio. Sculpted apex, careful side-walls, and a precise free edge. Finish in gel colour for the best wear, or finish in regular polish if that’s your preference. Re-balance is every 2 to 3 weeks; the natural nail underneath stays healthier than rumour suggests if you don’t pick.

Long, dramatic lengths and clients who use their nails like tools, even though they shouldn’t.

Prep
- ·Polish-free or book removal as an add-on.
- ·Tell us if you’ve had lifting or breakage with acrylic before. We’ll adjust prep.
- ·Plan two and a half hours.
Aftercare
- ·Lift is usually a prep issue. If you see any, text us and we patch within 7 days for free.
- ·Cuticle oil daily.
- ·Re-balance every 2–3 weeks; full re-do at week 6.
