Fresh Set Studio (“we”, “us”) operates freshset.ca and the connected booking, lead, and contact forms. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to deliver the service you booked or asked about.
What we collect
- Booking details: your name, phone number, email, the service you booked, and your preferred date and time.
- Pre-appointment notes: art references, length and shape preferences, allergies you choose to share.
- Card-on-file: a hold (not a charge) processed through our PCI-compliant payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Communications: the contents of any contact-form, email, or text message you send us.
- Website analytics: privacy-friendly usage information that helps us improve site performance and the visitor experience.
- Form information: details you choose to submit are used to respond to bookings, inquiries, and newsletter requests.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
- We don't store payment card data on our servers.
- We don't share appointment details with anyone outside our team.
How long we keep things
Booking records are retained for 24 months for follow-up, repair, and reschedule purposes. Contact-form messages are retained for 12 months. You can request deletion of your record at any time by emailing hello@freshset.ca.
Your choices
- Email hello@freshset.ca to access, correct, or delete your record.
- Opt out of appointment SMS from any message you receive.
- Unsubscribe from email updates with the link at the bottom of any newsletter.
Cookies
We do not use advertising trackers or sell visitor data. We use privacy-friendly analytics only to understand site performance and improve the visitor experience.
