Overview
Fresh Set Studio (“we”, “us”) operates freshset.ca and the connected booking, lead, and contact forms. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to deliver the service you booked or asked about.
What we collect
- Booking details: your name, phone number, email, the service you booked, and your preferred date and time.
- Pre-appointment notes: art references, length and shape preferences, allergies you choose to share.
- Card-on-file: a hold (not a charge) processed through our PCI-compliant payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Communications: the contents of any contact-form, email, or text message you send us.
- Web analytics: aggregated, non-identifying page-view data using a self-hosted analytics tool (no third-party trackers).
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
- We don't store payment card data on our servers.
- We don't share appointment details with anyone outside our team.
How long we keep things
Booking records are retained for 24 months for follow-up, repair, and reschedule purposes. Contact-form messages are retained for 12 months. You can request deletion of your record at any time by emailing hello@freshset.ca.
Your choices
- Email hello@freshset.ca to access, correct, or delete your record.
- Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of appointment SMS.
- Unsubscribe from email updates with the link at the bottom of any newsletter.
Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie to keep your booking flow stable. We do not use any tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. Our analytics is server-side and aggregated.
