Removals are a real service, not a free add-on. We soak gel for 15 minutes, BIAB for 20, extensions for 25 — long enough that we’re not drilling through your natural nail to speed it up. After removal we shape, refine cuticles, and apply a strengthening base or clear gel so you walk out with finished hands, not scratched ones. Single-nail repairs (one cracked tip, one lifted side) are flat-priced; we’ll do them quickly and you’re back in your day.
