01 · Come polish-free, or book removal
If you have gel or extensions on, please add removal as a service. Otherwise we'll have to do it at the start and it eats into your appointment.
02 · Bring 3+ inspo photos
Even if you "want a French" — the difference between three "Frenches" can be enormous. Three photos is enough to triangulate what you actually want.
03 · Eat first
Especially for extension or Tier 3 appointments. A long appointment hits different on an empty stomach. We have water and tea but no food.
04 · Tell us about allergies, gloves, gel sensitivities
A handful of clients react to certain monomer ratios. Tell us — we have alternatives.
