The first 12 hours after your set

Your gel is fully cured — but the topcoat is still seating. A few small adjustments to the next half-day make the wear noticeably better.

First hour

01 · Skip the heat

No hot showers, hot tubs, hot dishwater, or oven mitts for the first hour. Heat softens the topcoat and can leave dimples that show up tomorrow.

Hours 1–6

02 · No aggressive sanitizer

Acetone-heavy hand sanitizer is the fastest way to dull a chrome or strip a topcoat. Use a gentle alcohol-free option for the first afternoon.

Hours 6–12

03 · Cuticle oil before bed

A drop on each cuticle, rubbed in. We send you a sample — use it. Hydrated skin around the nail equals a longer-lasting set.
