When to rebook (and what we do at each interval)

Different services have different rebook intervals. Here's the timing we recommend, and what your tech is doing under the hood at each visit.

01 · Gel manicure — every 2–3 weeks

We soak off the old gel, do a fresh prep, refine cuticles, and re-apply. Keep your prep clean between visits and you can sometimes stretch to week 4.

02 · BIAB / Builder Gel — every 3–4 weeks for a fill

We thin the apex, refresh the cuticle area, and rebuild only the gap. The base layer stays — this is why BIAB grows out so cleanly.

03 · Gel-X / Acrylic — every 3–4 weeks for a re-balance

The whole tip gets refined and re-shaped. After 5–6 weeks we usually take it down and rebuild from clean.

04 · Pedicure — every 4–6 weeks

Toenails grow slower. Even if your hands need a refresh at week 2, your feet usually don't.
